Google launches a standalone Tasks app for smartphones: Google Trends
Freely available for both Android and iOS devices, the brand-new Google Tasks mobile app simply provides another way of adding tasks from the other G Suite apps without using the task management features of Google Calendar or Gmail. Google Tasks is a simple and standard to-do app. It allows users to create, view, and edit task lists and to-dos.
While managing your tasks in the app, you can also break them down into sub-tasks.

Tasks syncs across all your devices
Google Tasks syncs tasks created in the new Gmail, the Google Calendar, and the Tasks app.
This integration allows users to access their tasks from a cross devices and on-the-go.

Gmail’s mobile app gets high-priority notifications, one-tap unsubscribe prompt
Gmail’s mobile app has added a high-priority notifications feature, under which Google’s AI algorithm will intelligently select only the most important e-mails to alert the user about. This has “cut 97% of e-mail notifications for users.”
